2 single-lane railway tunnels of appr. 9 km respecively, cross section appr. 95 m2, partly in swelling rock.
Shield driving was being planned as an alternative to the shotcreting method and is now being executed.
The advance of the shield will be partly with an open mode and partly with a closed mode (EPB) at the face. Final lining consists of 1 segmental ring. A maximum water pressure of up to 9 bar is being expected.
